Newborn Photography: Precious First Days

I absolutely cherish newborn sessions. Newborn photography captures the momentous beginnings of a new life. It’s not just the little toes and fingers that fascinate me, rather the interactions between parent and baby. Today, I met nine day old, Kaitlyn, for newborn photo shoot. She was calm and relaxed throughout. She joins three older siblings that simply adore her as do I. Kaitlyn was such a sound sleeper that mom and I were able to set up some fantastic shots. Perhaps some my favorites were the ones outside where she’s nestled in the bucket. I had an incredible time working with this little sweetheart.
