Reuniting the Sisterhood

This past weekend, I had the joy of returning to my alma mater, Mount Holyoke College, for my five year reunion. As I drove under the iconic archway, memories and traditions flooded to the forefront as if I’d only graduated the preceding weekend. Perhaps my favorite tradition is the Laurel Day Parade. Classes gather together and march as one sisterhood carrying signs of historic moments achieved on the campus as well as in the greater world while we attended the moho home. Walking with these extraordinary women sends waves of gratitude through me as I am thankful so many have come before me to pioneer new ground for all. I am honored that my sister will enter into this amazing sisterhood this fall and experience the truly magical power of Mount Holyoke women. I dedicate this post to all my sisters at Mount Holyoke, I can’t wait to see how the next five years unfold.
